Great church with very friendly members!
Two congregations, or "wards" meet in the building: the Lewisburg and the Sunbury wards. The former meets from 9 am to 12 pm. The latter meets from 11 to 2 pm. Youth activities on wednesdays from 7 to 8.30 pm. The bishop of the Lewisburg congregation (Curtis Nichols) is a smart and resonable guy. One set of missionaries in each ward.
I love Mormons, but they are a little weird.
Members are generally friendly is you believe everything that they do. Don't even consider discussing coffee (devils brew) with this crowd. If you prefer a very socially conservative crowd (the most republican of any major religion in the US), and have a literal view of Adam living 6000 years ago, a real flood that covered the whole world (including the ice caps), and seer stones that glow with words that you can write down, this might just be the group for you.
Its a awesome experience warm out going loving people that care about u when they just met you. Awesome life lessons taught and one on one with god. Time to strengthen ur faith alittle at a time. This would be the place to do it!!!! :). So come out and enjoy the word of god and friendship.
