The the borough for Northumberland does not take responsibility for their own actions I had a sign fall on my car due to a non secured handicap sign that blew over in a windstorm and they never came to look and the cost of damages is $500s. they only give out parking tickets when they feel like it to certain people but I've seen the same cars pull the same violations and never get a ticket I don't park on the street but I've seen this first hand.
This is where I live, and I love this place! Lots of History to it! I've been living here for my entire life (14 years).
