A-1 storage in northumberland has the most hillbilly lowlife manager i have ever spoken too..There customer service is deplorable. I have been waiting 2 1/2 months for my security deposit back from the company..I called the manager and he said call the owner and stop bugging me.. Called the owner....no response..Called the manager again and informed him that i have not gotten any response from owner..his exact words"The owner has better things to do than to worry about your security deposit, He has a life too ya know." Worthless manager..I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy.
